Nabla Africa team is founded on the ethos of “designing solutions for Africa by Africans”, there are no better people to create the future we desire as Africans than the youth in Africa.

The issue of unemployed youth in Africa requires a diverse set of technical skills and industry experience and most importantly a deeper contextual understanding of the constraints. Our team has a wealth of experience in development work, data analytics, design thinking, and building technological solutions to enable inclusive youth development.

Nabla Africa has a team of experts with a combined 40 years’ experience in scaling commercial and social impact projects to address SDGs (financial services, health, agriculture, education, skills), scaling innovation ecosystems and startups (SMEs), Digital transformation across corporates and development world, Programme evaluation and monitoring enabling strategic learning.

The team has specialized on the dynamic intersection of technology, learning, skills, and employability with work experience in technology and learning (Microsoft, CompTIA, Novell, Academic Research) and leading multiple Mastercard Foundation, Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation and The Foreign Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO) funded programs.
